Cherntsy German Soldiers Graveyard is a small graveyard
there are only 26 German graves of German Officers.

Two of the at Stalingrad captured German General Officers are buried here.

buried here are German General  Officers.


All the General Officers died in the Voikovo
P.O.W. Camp. A Russian P.O.W.camp for high ranked
German Officers and war criminals.

 

The wooden crosses were removed and replaced by markers in stone.
