Generalstabarzt Dr. Otto Karl Renoldi.

and with the families of all 5 encircled Korpsärzte
(Army Korps Doctors) (all General Officers) of the 5 encircled Armeekorps at Stalingrad.

On 14 October 1916 Dr. Spiegelberg became Regimentarzt with the Ulanen

Regiment von Schmidt (Pommerisches) Nr.4. 

This regiment was formed on 7 March 1815 and was garrisoned in Thorn.

early December 1945 in POW Camp Mühlberg a.d. Elbe.

At the end of his military service Dr. Heinrich Smend was again assigned to the Führerreserve (Officers Replacement Pool) of VIII. Armeekorps on 16 December 1942. He left XIV. Panzerkorps and the encirclement of Stalingrad on 18 December 1942. Dr. Heinrich Smend was replaced as Korpsarzt by Oberstarzt Dr. Karl Kindermann, Divionsarzt of the 14. Panzer Division, several parts of this division, including Oberstarzt Dr. Karl Kindermann, were also trapped in the Stalingrad pocket.

In early 1945 Dr. Heinrich Smend, his wife and their three children went from Oppeln, Schlesien to Leipzig, Sachsen. In May 1945, when the war was over Dr. Heinrich Smend became a doctor in Gaschwitz near Leipzig. On 28 November 1945 he was arrested by the Soviet secret service and taken away to a Russian concentration camp in Mülhberg an der Elbe, Germany. He died there in early December 1945 and was buried in a massgrave. Dr. Heinrich Smend was officially declared dead in 1965.

Karl Arndt went to the school in his village and later attended
lessons in a private school. He left the privat school to go to the
Kaiser Friedrich Realgymnasium in Neukölln. He remained at the
Gymnasium in Neukölln until 1908.

A nanny is holding Siegfried Müller on her knee. Left from her the parents

of Siegfried Müller. The picture was taken in Zergendeh, Persia during 1898.

Dr. Siegfried Müller his father served as a doctor in the Imperial German

Embassy in Persia. He also was the personal doctor of the Persian Sjah.
